Searching
The search facility allows you to search for an item by product code or product description.
Membership & account
You must register your details with the Abbeychart shop to be able to purchase from it. Click Register in the right hand column to set up an account
To enable purchasing, to view or change your account details, or to view your purchasing history, log in by clicking View Account in the right hand column.
If you forget your password
Click View Account, and enter your email address in the ‘Forgotten your password?’ box to receive an email containing your log in details.

POSTING AND PACKAGING
Postage is set at £8.75 Standard Next-Day-Delivery. Delivery charge is based on your order not exceeded standard delivery weight, which will cover most small orders. If your order exceeds this weight, the charge for delivery may need to be revised. We will contact you and obtain your permission to proceed with the order/extra charge if this

What happens if I need to return goods for credit?
You should telephone our returns department immediately.

You will be given an authorisation number which should be quoted on any paperwork which must accompany the goods.
UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE A HANDLING CHARGE - YOU WILL BE INFORMED IF THIS APPLIES TO YOU.
AUTHORISED RETURNS MUST BE SENT FREIGHT PAID.
CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY PRICES
Prices shown are FOB Faringdon excluding VAT and standard packing at cost. Prices are subject to change without notice.
TERMS
Unless otherwise stated payment is strictly due in full 30 days after date of invoice.
PROPERTY OF GOODS
Until full payment has been received all goods supplied remain the property of the Abbeychart Group.
GUARANTEE
The Abbeychart Group will make good by repair or replacement, any defect or failure arising from faulty workmanship, for a period of 12 months from despatch date.
